Privacy policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
The short version: this site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or ads, and has no forms. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us by email.
Who we are
SafetyLayer.com is a single-page website that offers the domain name SafetyLayer.com for sale and presents an illustrative brand concept. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean the owner of the domain. You can reach us at inquire@safetylayer.com.
What we collect
- Emails you send us. If you write to inquire@safetylayer.com, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you put in the message, such as an offer amount or company details.
- Standard server logs. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request, in order to deliver and protect the site. See Vercel’s privacy policy.
- Web fonts. Our typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. See Google’s privacy policy.
We do not use cookies, local storage, tracking pixels, analytics tools, advertising networks or fingerprinting of any kind.
How we use it
We use the information in your email only to reply to you, evaluate your inquiry or offer, and, if we agree on a sale, complete the transaction. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Who we share it with
We share your details only when it is necessary to complete a transaction you have agreed to, for example with an escrow or domain-transfer service, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as reasonably needed to handle your inquiry and any resulting transaction, plus any period the law requires. After that, we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information you have sent us. Email inquire@safetylayer.com and we will respond promptly. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
